3. If this is your first time, you must include a portfolio of 5-10 5mb JPEG images of your work.

4. Submit the application:

4A. For online application, fill in the form and e-mail to:

4B. For mailed applications: send application and waiver, and payment to:

5. Make Payment – include a cheque to the above address to “Island Originals”, or, send an e-transfer (use the password “originals”) to the e-mail above.
